Arushi is an observer and an advocate of dialogue. She is interested in how conversations and discussions can become the lens through which one can interpret experiences and address them. Her intent is to help individuals understand the forces that influence them, and help them find their own balance.
She received her M. Sc in Counselling Psychology from Christ University. She has worked with individuals across different populations through numerous training programs, assessments, personality profiling, coaching, and workshops. She has facilitated training interventions in the areas of life skills, change management, performance breakthrough, and team management, for several organizations including Strides Pharma, Tally Solutions, Flipkart, Hinduja, Shapoorji Pallonji Group, upGrad, Creative Group, Swades Foundation, Goodricke, Atotech, Glenmark, and Trident Group. She has been coaching hi-potential individuals from leading firms as part of their corporate leadership coaching. She’s designed and developed training modules in these areas, along with tools for assessment and evaluation.
A Transformation Coach and Counselor with her affiliation to Gestalt Theory and Movement therapy, she helps her clients recognise their capabilities to step beyond limitations and act on opportunities never considered before. With her ideology “it’s our beliefs that limit us, not our circumstances”- she provides her clients with a tangible learning experience to cause breakthroughs in their life. She has facilitated psychometric assessment trainings with certified practitioners for over 1000 participants. She is certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (ABNLP), Emotional Intelligence, Emotional Freedom Technique, Movement Therapy, and Counselling interventions for Special Populations.
She continues to contribute her work in the form of book chapters and present her work at international conferences. Her research interests lie in the areas of Life Skills and Education, Positive Psychology, and Engaged Pedagogy.
